This Privacy Policy explains how CarNote (referred to as "the Service" hereafter) collects, uses, and protects your personal data.
1. Data Collected
- Account Data: Email, name, password hash.
- Business Data: Vehicle data you enter, client LINE contact mid, copy, sending records.
- Payment Data: Subscription plan, CarNote credits balance, last billing identifier. Credit card information is processed by PAYUNi; the Service does not store it.
- System Data: Login time, IP, browser information (for security audits).
2. Data Usage
- To provide core functions such as AI copy generation, marketing images, and LINE push notifications.
- For billing, automatic subscription renewal, and customer support processing.
- For system maintenance, abuse prevention, and product quality improvement.
3. Data Sharing
The Service does not sell or rent user personal data to third parties. Data is shared only in the following circumstances:
- Payment Processing: PAYUNi (payment collection), Recur (subscription management).
- AI Services: third-party AI model providers (copy/image generation).
- Infrastructure: Zeabur (deployment), MongoDB Atlas / Zeabur Hosted MongoDB (database).
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or regulatory authorities.
4. Data Retention
You may request account deletion by emailing support@404table.com. Customer support will process the request within 7 business days and destroy all identifiable data within 30 days from the processing date. You can delete or export your sending/client data at any time.
5. Your Rights
You may access, modify, or delete your personal data at any time, or request to stop receiving marketing communications. Please email support@404table.com.
6. Cookies
The Service uses essential session cookies to maintain your login status and does not use them for cross-site tracking or advertising.
7. Policy Changes
Any changes to this policy will be announced on this page, and significant changes will be communicated to registered users via email.
8. Special Protection for LINE Data
- Your LINE message content, contact mids, and chat history are synced only to your own account's private database, accessible solely to you for personal review, sending, follow-up, and auto follow-up purposes. Other users cannot see your client data.
- LINE data is NOT used for:
- Training, fine-tuning, or evaluating any AI model
- Sharing with other users or aggregating into any kind of dataset
- Selling, renting, or providing to third-party advertisers or marketing platforms
- The service does not provide AI auto-reply. AI copy, marketing images, and greeting cards are generated only from vehicle data you actively input into the generator (address, price, layout, etc.) and do not read your client chat history. The "AI follow-up draft" surfaced on the messages page is a suggestion that still requires your manual confirmation before sending.
- You may delete individual client records or export them in bulk from the dashboard at any time, or email support@404table.com to request deletion of all synced LINE data — handled per § 4 of this Policy.
