Payment & Auto-Renewal

This page explains CarNote's supported payment methods, subscription rules, and auto-renewal mechanism.
1. Payment Methods
This service processes payments through PAYUNi Unified Payment Gateway, supporting:
- Credit Card (VISA / MasterCard / JCB)
- Debit Card
All credit card data is securely handled by PAYUNi; this service does not store your card number or security code.
2. Subscription Plans
All prices are in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD / NT$).
Starter Plan
NT$499 / month, topped up with 50 CarNote credits monthly.
Gold Plan
NT$999 / month, topped up with 150 CarNote credits monthly, includes all advanced features.
Credits are used for AI Copywriting (1 credit), Marketing Images (5 credits), Greeting Cards (3 credits), Automated Follow-ups (1 credit). LINE messaging and scheduling do not consume credits.
Add-on Credit Packs (one-time purchase, permanent validity)
- Starter Pack: NT$199 / 100 credits
- Boost Pack: NT$499 / 350 credits
- Pro Pack: NT$899 / 800 credits
Add-on credits are tracked separately, are unaffected by monthly quota resets, and remain valid for the lifetime of your account.
3. Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions are automatically billed on the same date each month; manual payment is not required.
- Monthly CarNote credit quota resets at the start of each billing period; unused monthly credits do not carry over to the next month.
- Purchased credit packs are calculated separately, are permanently valid, and are not affected by monthly quota resets.
- If automatic billing fails, the system will notify you via email and attempt to retry. After 7 consecutive days of failure, the subscription will be automatically canceled.
4. Canceling Your Subscription
You may:
- Log in and cancel on the /en/billing page (after cancellation, the current period remains active until its end).
- Contact customer support for assistance.
Canceling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund. For refund rules, please see the Refund Policy.
5. Receipts
After each successful payment, PAYUNi will send an electronic receipt to your registered email address. This service is operated by an individual and does not issue Taiwan uniform invoices (tax-ID invoices); the electronic receipt serves as your proof of payment. Contact customer support if you need a copy resent.
6. Upgrades / Downgrades
- Upgrading from Starter to Gold Plan: Takes effect immediately; the difference will be prorated and adjusted in the next automatic billing cycle.
- Downgrading from Gold to Starter Plan: Takes effect after the current period expires; no refund for the difference.
